The LUNOG (Luxembourg Network Operator Group) mailing list is based on mutual aid and sharing. Every person working in the IT field in Luxembourg is invited to participate by subscribing to the mailing list and by respecting basic rules of courtesy and law.

Please make sure to follow these simple rules of good conduct to ensure the smooth functioning of the mailing list:

• write about topics relevant to the LUNOG community;
• respect the basic rules of courtesy, by starting and ending your message by polite statements;
• publish messages with clear and explicit titles;
• before posting, check that your topic hasn't been already discussed.

Offensive, intrusive, destructive, harmful, illegal or irrelevant messages such as (non-exhaustive list):

• racist, hateful, homophobic or sexist messages;
• obscene, pornographic or harassing messages;
• messages mentioning other peoples' contact details like phone numbers or addresses;
• promotional messages/spam;
• off-topic messages;

are not permitted.

If these rules are not respected, the LUNOG Team can take actions against offending mailing list's users, up to banning from the mailing list. By subscribing to the LUNOG mailing list, user undertakes to respect this code of conduct .
